Are pistachios healthy? How are they good for you?
Pistachio Milk is rich in nutrients such as: Vitamin A, Vitamin B especially B6, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Calcium, Copper, Iron, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Potassium, Selenium and Zinc.
In addition, pistachios are also rich in essential fatty acids, especially omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
“Pistachios have a lot to do with health”, not to mention that they are simply delicious.
Research suggests that eating pistachios can help protect you from cardiovascular problems like heart disease and high blood pressure, as well as type 2 diabetes.
In immunity they are a solid source of fiber which are important for many aspects of your health such as keeping the intestinal tract functioning properly helping to maintain a healthy weight and other than that they are full of antioxidants.
“Due to their purple and green color, pistachios may have more antioxidant, anti-inflammatory effects and these colors are caused by the nutrients lutein which is related to beta carotene and vitamin A and anthocyanin.
One surprising thing about pistachios is that they can help you sleep better and I'll tell you why. Melatonin, a hormone that regulates the sleep cycle, is present in pistachios, an oleaginous fruit and the richest in melatonin.
Also thanks to these mostly monounsaturated and polyunsaturated healthy fats, eating pistachios can improve your health in the long run and these fats help lower LDL aka bad cholesterol which reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke. In addition, polyunsaturated fats have fatty acids that are essential for body and brain function so "Eating them helps to delay age-related cognitive decline."

How long will Pistachio Milk last once opened? Does Pistachio Milk need to be refrigerated? How to store?
Once you crack open the Pistachio Milk you must immediately refrigerate (0-8°C) Pistachio Milk. It’s good to use in the refrigeration for up to 3 days. After 3 days the taste may start to wear off and it is no longer safe to drink and you need to throw it away. - ''After opening keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days'' (according to information on the label).
When your Pistachio Milk arrives, put what you intend to drink soon in the fridge. - ''If you do not consume the product after purchase, keep it refrigerated'' - according to information on the label.
Store immediately in the refrigerated (0-8°C) as soon as you receive the product. If you opt not to consume the whole bottle once opened, make sure NOT to drink from bottle itself. Keep refrigerated!

Yes, this drink contains pistachio nuts and if you are allergic or intolerant to any of the declared ingredients, please do not consume or ingest this drink and carefully read the package label where these ingredients are listed and declared.
